We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Nityo Infotech. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate customer support to Thai-speaking users via email, chat, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to account management, platform navigation, and other technical queries.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  • Document user interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and solutions.
  • Assist in translating support documents and FAQs into Thai to enhance the user experience.
  • Contribute to improving support processes by providing feedback on common issues and customer concerns.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Thai with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the financial or tech sectors.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using support tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently.
