About the role

ResultsCX is looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Marketing Associate to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position focused on supporting our recruitment efforts through targeted marketing campaigns and content development. As Recruitment Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to support the company's hiring needs
  2. Create compelling job postings, career page content, and other recruitment materials to showcase our employer brand
  3. Manage and optimise the company's recruitment marketing channels, including job boards, social media, and email campaigns
  4. Analyse recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to align recruitment marketing activities with overall talent acquisition goals
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or a related field
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
  3. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics
  4. Proficiency in using recruitment marketing tools and platforms, such as job boards, social media, and email marketing software
  5. Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in recruitment marketing
  6. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
