Executive Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to support senior leaders in the skilled trades industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, book meetings, events, and reminders with precision
  • Prioritize and organize inboxes, respond to emails, and maintain effective communication flow
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations as needed
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, and in-person logistics when required
  • Handle travel planning, itinerary creation, and expense tracking
  • Track project progress, follow up on deadlines, and assist in team communications
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Construction industry experience is mandatory
  • Proven track record supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication
  • High-level proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack
  • Familiarity with project management platforms like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
