We are seeking an accomplished Solar Design Expert to lead our PV and BESS system design initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Solar/BESS/Electrical Design Engineer or equivalent.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in digital engineering and modeling tools, including PowerCAD, AutoCAD, PVSyst, ETAP, CYMCAP, CDGES.
  • Strong project delivery skills and proficiency in the Microsoft suite.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and developing Solar PV and Battery Storage systems that meet industry and WHS standards.
  2. Collaborating with the Project Delivery Team to resolve technical issues during installation and updating designs as necessary.
  3. Mentoring junior engineers on design best practices, industry standards, and company values.
  4. Conducting technical studies and reporting on earthing, insulation coordination, lightning protection, short circuit, arc flash, load flow, and fault level.
