Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic customer support specialist to join our team. As a customer-facing representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via chat, email, or phone.

You will handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns. Additionally, you will use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills. You should also have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle product-related questions, order status, and return requests
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide timely support
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
