Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to support our customer service operations for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Effectively handle inbound and outbound calls, providing professional and efficient service.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly through effective problem-solving.
  • Conduct thorough research and retrieve information from various systems to meet customer needs.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims in a timely manner.
  • Provide customers with options and guidance to find suitable solutions.
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
  • Protect customer confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior call center experience
  • Work-from-home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
