Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to fill a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their customers. As a remote customer service representative, you will play a vital part in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and their customers.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively handle inbound and outbound calls. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, research, and retrieval of information across systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Strong command of the English language required.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM necessary.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) necessary.
  • Basic proficiency in Windows operating systems required.
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required.
