As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for conducting facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing, and/or real estate coordination. You will work closely with representatives from various industries to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation of compressed air piping, exhaust ducts, air ducts, aircon systems, water lines, and other utility connections.
  • Backup personnel for facility operations and maintenance, requiring knowledge and familiarity with these tasks.
  • Assistance and supervision of contractor/third-party activities.
  • Implementation of minor repair works related to facility equipment and building maintenance.
  • Execution of small improvement projects to enhance mechanical systems within the plant.
  • Regular monitoring and checking of facility equipment conditions.
  • Performance of electrical wiring works according to industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any 4-year or vocational course from reputable technical schools.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a mechanical system installer, including air conditioning, plumbing, ducting, piping works, metal fabrication, welding works, etc.
  • Valid TESDA NCII Certificate.
  • Strong background in construction works as a mechanical installer, with the ability to read plans and drawings.
  • Familiarity with facilities equipment maintenance tasks.

Participation in safety initiatives, quality control measures, and operational support as a mechanical installer technician is essential.
