Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service through timely responses and clear communication.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as required, ensuring seamless execution and effective resolution.
  • Handle lease agreements, rental applications, and tenant correspondence with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and communications, providing transparent and reliable documentation.
  • Conduct research and compile data to inform property management decisions, driving informed strategies and growth.
  • Schedule property showings and manage leasing processes efficiently, meeting business objectives and deadlines.
  • Monitor rent payments and address any related issues promptly, maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to optimize operations, ensuring streamlined processes and maximum efficiency.
  • Utilize property management software to maintain and update property listings, records, and other essential information.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and duties assigned by the management team, supporting overall business success.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management is highly valued, though not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite is necessary for optimal performance.
