We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Coordinator to join our recruitment team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for guiding candidates and hiring managers through the full recruiting lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
  • Book resources for interviews
  • Generate and send offer letters/packages
  • Facilitate background investigations of new hires
  • Kick-off, perform, monitor, and complete onboarding activities
  • Communicate applicant decisions to recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending status notifications
  • Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in recruitment administration (screening and sourcing, scheduling of interviews, onboarding, offers)
  • At least 2 years experience in candidate selection process
  • At least 1 year experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing
