Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our recruitment processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and HR management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition (80%): Develop and execute effective global sourcing strategies, create job postings, utilize assessment tools, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers.
  • HR Management (20%): Oversee attendance tracking, monitor team schedules, support basic HR functions such as onboarding new employees, updating employee records, and assisting with performance management processes.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related field.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and other HR/recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and related marketing positions is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills, and a passion for talent acquisition.
