Global Development Reporter Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced reporter to join our team as a global development correspondent. This is a unique chance for a skilled journalist to cover the inside story of the global development industry, from big new projects and initiatives to leadership transitions, layoffs, mergers, and fundraising innovations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of breaking stories and delivering original reporting, with experience as a beat reporter or correspondent. They will be able to conduct in-depth interviews with leaders and experts in the field, research and analyze trends and developments, and collaborate with other reporters and teams to produce high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and write exclusive stories on global development issues
  • Conduct interviews with key stakeholders and thought leaders
  • Develop a strong network of sources and contacts within the industry
  • Collaborate with other reporters and teams to produce engaging content

Requirements:

  • Strong journalism skills, including the ability to break news and deliver original reporting
  • Experience working as a beat reporter or correspondent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native level of English with excellent written English
