Job Overview

To drive global business transformation, we seek a seasoned project leader who can oversee complex, cross-border projects from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and budget management frameworks that ensure timely delivery within scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering open communication and ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, issue resolution plans, and dependency analysis to guarantee project success.
  • Facilitate regular governance meetings and provide transparent project reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain alignment with evolving business priorities by proactively identifying opportunities for growth and implementing change requests.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and organizational standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing multicultural project teams across geographies, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior project managers or coordinators to enhance their skills and expertise.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering large-scale, complex, and multi-country projects with exceptional results.
