Senior Support Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a global organization and support senior executives in their daily activities.

Key responsibilities include managing complex executive calendars, prioritizing meetings, and handling confidential travel logistics.

  • Coordinate with internal teams on ad-hoc projects and executive initiatives.
  • Prepare high-level correspondence, executive reports, and strategic presentations.
  • Oversee document management, including sensitive client files and project tracking.

Successful candidates will have experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
