Drone Partner Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-performing drone operators to join our network. Your primary goal will be to conduct thorough research, establish connections, and build long-term relationships with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential drone partners through industry databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, phone calls, and direct messages to introduce our drone partner program.
  • Evaluate the experience, equipment, and availability of potential partners.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-ups in our CRM system.

Discovery Calls & Relationship Building:

  • Schedule discovery calls to explain our business model and partnership opportunities.
  • Gather insights into potential partners' inspection experience, drone capabilities, and willingness to collaborate.
  • Pass high-potential candidates to the Drone Partner Recruitment Manager for onboarding.
  • Foster long-term relationships with drone operators to ensure engagement and retention.

Collaboration & Performance Tracking:

  • Work closely with the Drone Partner Recruitment and Operations Teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Track lead conversion rates, outreach success, and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback on industry trends and outreach effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, or recruitment, with a technical interest in drone and inspection technology.
