Systems Administrator

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining systems, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. They will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple customers, as well as Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware.

They will also be tasked with monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Additionally, they will manage network servers and technology tools, implement and maintain security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

Other responsibilities include performing regular backup operations and implementing appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures, as well as managing user accounts and access permissions.

Furthermore, they will provide technical support and guidance to users and document system configurations, procedures, and changes via helpdesk tickets and project reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple customers — Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
