Job Overview

The CS Operations Analyst role is a hybrid position designed to work on the overnight shift. This opportunity involves analyzing customer research programs and Alida platform data, as well as collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract insights from customer research and Alida platform data
  • Analyze data to identify trends and inform recommendations
  • Create customer-ready reports and presentation templates
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Customer Experience teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in an agile environment or established processes
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, charting, pivot tables); basic statistics and data analysis
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus
  • Growth mindset: proactive, eager to learn, view challenges as opportunities
  • Minimum of 2+ years in equivalent or similar roles
