Job Title: Data Insights Specialist Overview:

The position of Data Insights Specialist is crucial in supporting the development and deployment of risk and decision models for credit life cycle management within the Retail Lending Group. This role focuses on harnessing analytical skills to drive business strategies.

This Data Insights Specialist must possess strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data programming languages such as SAS, R, Python, as well as Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power-BI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management Support: Develop, validate, and test credit models to minimize non-performing loans.
  • Data Management: Extract accurate data from BPI systems to create reports and dashboards for monitoring stakeholders.
  • Business/Planning/Strategy: Support market expansion through analytics projects and timely reporting.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical Sciences, Physics, or Economics or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in data programming, Business Intelligence tools, and data visualization.
  • 1-2 years' work experience in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence Solution Delivery, preferably in consumer business.
