Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Portfolio Specialist to join our global SaaS Management team.

  • Become an expert in building and maintaining reports on SaaS usage, identifying active vs. inactive users.
  • Develop advanced Google Sheets formulas (SUMIFS, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IF/AND/OR, date functions) to structure and analyze data.
  • Implement data validation rules to ensure accuracy and consistency across collaborative spreadsheets.
  • Create pivot tables and leverage named ranges for efficient data analysis.
  • Protect sheets and ranges to maintain data integrity in shared documents.
  • Support SaaS management operations by updating and tracking data in Trelica or similar tools.
  • Interpret data to spot trends, outliers, and optimization opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and proactively solve reporting issues.
  • Automate and streamline repetitive reporting tasks where possible.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 24 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Google Sheets: Advanced formulas and functions, pivot tables, named ranges, data validation, and sheet protection.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data trends, spot anomalies, and provide actionable reporting.
  • Familiarity with IT services, software licensing models, and budget tracking.
  • Experience with SaaS management tools such as Trelica, Zylo, G2 Track, or similar is a plus.
