Job Role

The Commercial Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue for key accounts. As a strategic business partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that meet the needs of our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategist
    • Develop, monitor, and manage an assigned portfolio of brands and merchants on the platform to ensure optimal sales performance.
    • Formulate sound commercial portfolio strategies, including range and pricing, to drive sales growth and hit account targets.
    • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance evaluations to optimize product, pricing, and promotion decisions, as well as marketing spend.
  • Relationship Manager
    • Establish strong relationships with our partners and support their activities on our platform.
    • Support partners in store launches, sales campaigns, and brand events to enhance their online presence.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to provide adequate support in areas such as supply chain, customer service, and marketing, ensuring win-win scenarios for both our company and sellers.
    • Pitch promotional tools to help sellers increase customer traffic and sales.
  • Skilled Consultant
    • Curate comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insights to drive category success.
    • Develop channel marketing and promotions plans to maximize yield from the platform.
    • Coach sellers in maximizing their potential on the platform and internal teams on optimal seller support.
Requirements
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of working experience (e-commerce experience is highly advantageous).
  • Strong business acumen and proven talent and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong track record of high-level negotiations and successful internal and external relationship management.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Local role: Occasional travel may be required.
