We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our client investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze client investment portfolios to ensure alignment with recommended asset allocation strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client portfolio performance, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Liaison and Communication: Build strong relationships with product providers and investment platforms to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile fees and commissions related to client investments.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working in Australian financial planning, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Xplan Experience: Proficiency in Xplan software is an advantage.
