Representative, Club Royale Job Overview

\

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to high-value casino guests, understanding their needs and preferences to increase annual visits to our ships.

\

The successful candidate will provide access to all client service areas within the Royal Caribbean International and Azamara Club Cruises organization in a one-stop platform, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, faxes and mail from travel partners, Royal Reps and Direct Guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Travel Partners and Direct Guests who are members of Club Royale or sourced through shore side partnerships.\
  • Handles all aspects of direct group reservations, including allocating cabin inventory, air gateways, pre and post hotel packages, and dining assignments.\
  • Answers general and specific questions regarding groups, product offerings, and policies.\
  • Sells cruise vacation packages for Royal Caribbean International by verifying the products and promotions that could be aligned with customer interest as well as the availability in the database/system based on the required dates.\
  • Reviews daily and monthly productivity goals to ensure adherence to schedule and department objectives.\
  • Investigates travel agent/guest complaints on bookings, produce, service, billing, air, credit, or pre/post vacation experiences.\
  • Represents the organization as liaison between various departments, providing expert advice and support to customers and colleagues.\
  • Performs other duties as required, including reconciliation of financial transactions and decision-making regarding special faring and company guidelines.\
  • Maintains accurate records and reports, ensuring maximum customer retention and revenue targets.\
  • Collaborates with external-facing teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service experience.\
  • Supports cross-functional initiatives, driving business growth and process improvements.\
  • Analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, contributing to strategic planning and resource allocation.\
  • Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, revenue management, and documentation teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.\
  • Complies with industry regulations and adheres to organizational standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.\
