Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all reservation-related calls including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general enquiries in accordance with client quality guidelines.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle all reservation-related calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that guests are informed of all relevant operational policies, such as credit card requirements, cancellation terms, check-in/check-out times, and car parking availability.
  • Optimize revenue by selling from the highest room category down and promoting value-added services such as parking and breakfast.
  • Accurately track and apply sales promotions and advertising campaigns within the system as outlined in promotional advisories.
  • Enter and maintain confirmed reservation details in the system, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all guest data fields.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency with call centre-specific software/systems.
