Cruise Sales Ambassador

This sales position is part of a customer-centric organization, where the sales representative is the first point of contact for clients calling our contact center. This role focuses on handling inbound calls, from initial guest inquiries to post-cruise follow-ups. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and servicing luxury cruises, as well as related shore-side products and services.

• Sales Responsibilities:
• Utilize phone calls to generate sales and foster long-term relationships through exceptional service.
• Work directly with clients to provide personalized customer experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and sales targets.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Optimize the sales process through effective scripting and communication skills.
