Role Overview
This client support role assists the management and advocacy teams with tasks and deliverables required for insurance renewal. Responsibilities include collaborating with functional teams to initiate and finalize client deliverables, data entry, document preparation, and coordination for client renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management and advocacy colleagues with task and deliverable preparation for renewals.
- Collaborate with teams to finalize client deliverables, follow up on questions and requests for information, and ensure documents are accurate.
- Support billing and invoicing by ensuring key data elements are included and accurate.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, creating and managing client exposure details, and supporting the renewal process with document preparation and delivery.
- Schedule internal meetings, take minutes, and participate in draft proposal creation and implementation of new client intake.
- Collaborate with the team to support timely filing of taxes and assist in binding coverage with carriers.
- Prepare a summary of insurance to facilitate client understanding of coverage and arrange internal meetings to discuss renewals.
- Monitor renewal activities and assist with reporting needs and ad hoc requests.
Requirements:
- College/University graduate.
- Insurance qualification (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance renewal cycle business.
- Understanding of end-to-end insurance renewal cycle and its stages.
- Thorough knowledge of various insurance documents and catastrophe modeling.
- Communication skills: fluent in written and spoken English with high accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills: ability to comprehend complex information and provide solutions.
- Adaptability: flexible to changing demands and situations.
- Task prioritization with strong multi-tasking and organization skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of client information.
- MS Office skills and other relevant skills.
