Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process from sourcing vendors to delivering high-quality goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Sourcing & Management: Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on project requirements, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis & Vendor Comparisons: Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses and compare vendors to determine the most suitable option for each project.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective project execution, including site visits, vendor management, and issue resolution.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports, documentation, and procurement records as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction or related industry.
  • Skills：
    • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
    • Initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage time efficiently.
