Job Overview

As a key professional in the legal field, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team by providing exceptional research, drafting critical documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents
  2. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence in compliance with various jurisdictions
  3. Manage and organize legal files, contracts, and case documentation in digital and physical formats
  4. Monitor and ensure compliance with filing deadlines and legal requirements in multiple jurisdictions
  5. Coordinate and liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed
  6. Assist in the preparation of court documents, filings, and pleadings
  7. Maintain accurate records of correspondence and legal activity for reporting purposes
  8. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support the legal team

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, or a related field
  2. At least 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role
  3. Familiarity with various legal systems and regulations
  4. Strong legal research and writing skills
  5. Excellent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking
  6. Proficient in legal research platforms and document management tools
  7. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines
  8. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  9. Tech-savvy with knowledge of legal tech tools, cloud-based systems, and document automation software
