Job Description Lead the overall legal function, providing strategic advice to senior leadership on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and corporate documents. Manage corporate governance activities, including board support and company secretarial work. Develop and implement internal legal policies, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies. Oversee and coordinate with external counsel on litigation, regulatory filings, and specialized legal matters. Support and guide cross-functional teams on legal implications of business initiatives and transactions. Drive legal training and awareness programs to build a strong culture of compliance across the organization. Monitor changes in legislation and ensure the company's practices remain compliant with relevant laws.
