  • The position of Feedmill Production Supervisor is a critical role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the entire feed mill process from start to finish. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing and supervising production processes, particularly in electrical equipment or systems.

Responsibilities:

">

  • Learn and understand all feed mill processes through immersion and develop skills of efficient production supervisor

  • Identify and recommend solutions to machine breakdown and process delays

  • Optimize machine capabilities and maximize use of manpower and utilizes

    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

    • Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer

    • Additional certifications in feed mill operations or production management can be beneficial

    • Proven experience in managing and supervising production processes, particularly in electrical equipment or systems

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

    • Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules

    • Willingness to work in Consolacion or Paknaan Mandaue Cebu
