Electrical Operations Manager Job

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining data center support facilities, ensuring the smooth operation of electrical power distribution, UPS systems, generators, HVAC equipment, chiller plants, fire alarm and detection systems, fire suppression systems, access control systems, security surveillance systems, and wire management systems.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with affiliates and customer facilities management teams to implement preventive maintenance contracts for building facilities. This includes drawing engineering plans, estimating costs, creating project schedules, and specifying materials for facility-related projects and customer requirements.
  • This role involves inspecting construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, working with technicians on daily operations and maintenance tasks, generating reports for O&M activities, and keeping up-to-date equipment history records.
  • The Electrical Operations Manager will also submit periodic reports, such as O&M performance reports and project status reports. Additionally, they will perform troubleshooting and product support to meet customer service level agreements, be available on-call 24/7 to respond to emergencies and facility problems, and assist the sales team in clarifying customer requirements and inquiries during site tours.
  • Job Requirements:
  • A graduate of Electrical Engineering, preferably with a license, who has knowledge of 24/7 operations and maintenance of electrical systems, air conditioning systems, electromatic auxiliary systems, or structured cabling.
  • Candidates should be able to perform problem analysis and initial recommendations on physical cabling systems and building facilities. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience is required, along with the ability to handle supervisorial roles or specialist positions.
  • The ideal candidate can start immediately and is willing to adapt to shifting scheduling and relocation to Sta. Rosa Laguna.
