Client Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in meeting business development goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation and Research
- Identify Prospects: Research and build a database of potential clients across targeted industries and regions.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, industry-specific directories, and internal CRM tools.
- Qualify Leads
- Assess potential clients using lead qualification criteria (e.g., industry alignment, budget, hiring needs).
- Maintain accurate records of prospect information, interactions, and lead status.
- Outreach and Engagement
- Cold Outreach: Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage potential clients.
- Personalize communication to address client pain points and align with their needs.
- Follow-Up: Execute timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads.
- Appointment Setting
- Book Qualified Appointments: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and yourself.
- Ensure decision-makers (e.g., HR heads, and hiring managers) are involved in meetings.
- Meeting Attendance and Lead Conversion
- Attend Meetings: Participate in scheduled meetings to introduce services, answer initial questions, and clarify offerings.
- Represent the company professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Pipeline Management
- Update CRM: Log all activities, communications, and meeting outcomes in the CRM system.
- Track lead progress and ensure accurate reporting of key metrics.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Weekly Reporting: Submit reports on leads generated, appointments booked, meetings attended, and conversions achieved.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including: number of leads contacted, number of qualified appointments booked, number of meetings attended, conversion rate from meetings to leads.
