Site Operations Specialist

This role is accountable for delivering high-quality services to clients as part of a remote site management capability. The specialist will work within a portfolio services centre, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective vendor management strategies to meet client needs.
- Liaise and coordinate with the client team and other site stakeholders to ensure open communication and collaboration.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of assigned sites' operating characteristics, recording relevant information in site records management systems.
- Respond promptly to requests for service and assistance related to assigned sites.
- Serve as a single point of contact between clients and RSM requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in facility management and remote site operations.
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Proficiency in IT systems for remote communications and internet savvy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
