Job Title: IT Deployment Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining client sites to ensure they meet the required standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues that may arise during deployment or maintenance.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that client sites are properly set up and configured to meet their specific needs.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and maintain trial and production sites according to client requirements.
  • Customize meeting sites by updating texts, labels, site features, meeting information, logos, banners, and uploading downloadable files.
  • Maintain internal system parameters and dynamic forms while addressing support cases via phone, email, or online tools.
  • Analyze and route support cases appropriately, providing product usage and sales information, and conducting client training and environmental health checks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules and work outside office hours.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
