The role of the Business Intelligence Analyst entails supporting internal business analytics and generating insights from data to inform strategic decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes to manage large datasets efficiently.
- Develop and implement statistical models and experimental designs to extract valuable business insights.
- Effectively communicate complex data insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support key meetings as a subject-matter expert while primarily focused on internal analysis and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages.
- Applied expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design.
- Experience working with moderate-to-large datasets and ability to scale analyses as data volume grows.
- Familiarity with BI/visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud data environments preferred.
