Learning Innovation Analyst

The Learning & Development Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in optimizing operations with learning analytics and automation solutions.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on various learning innovations, collaborating with business leaders and technology teams to enhance business processes and gather insights on learning utilization and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather data-driven business requirements, including key L&D metrics, industry benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and distribute L&D metrics reporting and visualization, leveraging business intelligence tools.
  • Manage learner groups or analysis, and assignment of regulatory training in coordination with business partners or training leads, utilizing data-driven decision making.
  • Support innovation initiatives of the learning enrollment process to reduce friction and improve accuracy.
  • Ensure all business processes are documented, standardized, and securely stored.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to influence without authority. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex problem-solving, process improvement, and working with internal stakeholders and technology experts.
