Learning Experience Specialist

We're seeking a talented and motivated Learning Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global learning team, you will play a vital role in creating best-in-class learning programs for learners in a variety of roles.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing engaging course content and learning activities that meet business objectives. You will work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply recognized adult learning methodologies to design, develop, and publish engaging course content and learning activities.
  • Identify best delivery methods for meeting learning objectives and adapt instructional materials as needed.
  • Author training material using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Vyond.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and methods as they relate to adult learning theory and learning technologies.
  • Develop course content including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, eLearning courses, and live virtual learning experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of learning standards, templates, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in learning/training/people development, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, build effective relationships, and influence peers and key stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Experience leveraging adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools (Articulate suite preferred), and MS Office.
  • LMS Administration experience - Docebo.
  • iRad experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Work from home.
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload; directly connected into modem; no satellite.
