This role plays a vital part in shaping exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will provide expert support on web hosting services, troubleshooting technical challenges via live chat and tickets that exceed customer expectations.

 

  • Deliver timely and accurate solutions to customers' queries through expert support on web hosting services.
  • Simplify complex technical issues into actionable steps for customers of all expertise levels to follow.
  • Contribute to various teams or projects that enhance the customer experience based on evolving customer and organizational needs.
  • Enhance AI-powered support systems to deliver smarter, more intuitive support that improves the customer experience.

 

To succeed in this position, you should possess a deep understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts, including domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting. Proficiency with content management platforms (e.g., WordPress), hosting control panels (e.g., hPanel, cPanel), email services, domain management systems, and customer support platforms is also essential.

 

Key Requirements:
  • Fluent English communication skills (C1 or native)
  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, ideally through live chat, with a track record of delivering exceptional, customer-focused solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts.
