Accounting Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably with experience in a family office or private wealth environment. You will be proficient in accounting software and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including investment portfolios and related accounting entries.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the family office and related entities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of accounts, including investment vehicles, trusts, and holding companies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a family office, private wealth, or investment environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good spoken and written English and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a small team.
