Accounting Expertise Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.

This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of expertise in financial software, including QuickBooks. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing the books monthly, generating financial reports, and reconciling bank statements. They will also be expected to process invoices, manage payment reconciliations, and provide transaction details to support SEC filings and audits.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Close the books monthly and generate financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Process invoices and manage payment reconciliations using QuickBooks
  • Provide transaction details to support the CFO with SEC filings and audits
  • Create internal tickets for account managers regarding payment issues
  • Post received payments and handle daily bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist in preparing quarterly and annual SEC reports
Key Requirements:
  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Senior-level accountant; CPA preferred
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other financial software
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with the CFO and auditors
