Facilities Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team. This role involves ensuring that our building and services meet the expected needs of our colleagues.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to promote closer professional working relationships.
  • They will also be required to maintain a high level of service delivery standards and business relationships.
  • Additionally, they will be responsible for managing and maintaining the in-house helpdesk/in-box according to team rotas.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to procure necessary stationery items and distribute them across the business as needed.
  • They will also be responsible for managing building proximity passes and maintaining all documentation/spreadsheets in line with department policies.

The role involves working closely with the Health & Safety Team to provide support with their daily tasks when required.

  • The successful candidate will be expected to work from their base location on a weekly basis in line with current Civil Service requirements, outside of any reasonable adjustments.
  • They will be required to work on site 5 days per week, with occasional travel to other offices.
