What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer support via chat and email, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Act as our customers' voice, sharing feedback and reporting issues to help us improve our product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and deliver impactful results.
  • Represent Vivid Money and build trustful relationships with our customers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good observational skills for process and product improvement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes.
  • Flexibility to work within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week, distributed as 8 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break.
