Business Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Finance Analyst. This role is critical in identifying gaps and inefficiencies within our business processes and financial operations.

  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and track business and financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis on projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Finance Analyst.
  • Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in software as a service (SaaS) or health-tech industries.
