Job Title: Financial Data StrategistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded professional to optimize revenue performance for vacation rental management companies in the United States.The ideal candidate will have experience with data-driven tools, strong analytical instincts, and a natural aptitude for technology. The Financial Data Strategist will be responsible for managing revenue optimization for assigned clients, conducting market analysis to understand local trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics.The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Manage revenue optimization for assigned clients, conducting deep-dive market analysis to understand local trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics.
  • Track and analyze problem properties, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) across property portfolios.
  • Develop expertise in client markets to provide strategic recommendations.
Analysis & Reporting:The Financial Data Strategist will generate detailed performance reports and insights for client portfolios, identify revenue growth opportunities through data analysis and market research, track property-level and portfolio-level KPIs to measure success of pricing strategies, and create actionable recommendations based on performance data and market trends.Required Qualifications:The ideal candidate should have:
  • 1-3 years of experience with data-driven tools.
  • A background in vacation rental, hospitality, or property management industry is preferred.
  • Experience managing revenue for many properties simultaneously.
  • Startup experience and comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments.
