About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive brand ambassador marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and measurable KPIs.
  • Source and engage brand ambassadors who resonate with our brand, target audience, and campaign goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand ambassadors, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with brand ambassadors and the marketing team.
  • Provide creative direction and review brand ambassador content to ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  • Analyze performance data using analytics tools and generate reports to optimize future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in brand ambassador marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
