Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Role Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth and engagement across multiple platforms. This role involves developing and executing innovative social media strategies, creating captivating content, and monitoring performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive social media plans to boost reach and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Create Engaging Content: Craft high-quality graphics, videos, captions, and stories that align with our brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Analyze and optimize campaigns based on key insights to maximize results.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Engage with Our Online Community: Respond to comments, messages, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
  • Support Email and Digital Marketing Initiatives: Contribute social-first content ideas to enhance email and digital marketing efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Copywriting and Content Creation Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation abilities with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid Understanding of Social Media Analytics: Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Paid Ads and Influencer Outreach: Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Highly Organized and Adaptable: Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Requirements:
  • Internet Connection: Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 mbps for both download and upload speed).
  • Personal PC or Laptop: Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
