Job Description

We are seeking a creative professional to fill the role of Marketing and Design Coordinator.

This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with marketing and design skills to bring our brand to life across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar field and possess strong design skills using industry-standard software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

The successful applicant will be responsible for handling day-to-day marketing tasks, freeing up time for the Marketing Manager to focus on strategy and sales. This includes creating, updating, and formatting promotional materials, designing and updating catalogues, producing business cards, email signatures, and uniform artwork, preparing fleet signage concepts, and liaising with suppliers.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Marketing and Design Coordinator will also manage website content updates, schedule and post social media content, source promotional gear/merchandise, and perform light photo editing.

The successful applicant will work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing their workload effectively. They will also contribute ideas and creativity to the role, not just execute tasks.

A reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with some NZ time zone overlap (3–4 hours) is required for this position.

The part-time nature of this role means that it will likely grow over time as more responsibilities are added.
