The Growth Marketing Strategist plays a crucial role in auditing current and prospective clients' marketing performance. This position requires analyzing business and marketing KPIs to identify growth constraints, interpreting Marketing Mix Models to propose recommendations, and determining the optimal budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify growth constraints through analysis of business and marketing KPIs
  • Conduct research on prospective clients, their industry, vertical, similar clients and competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, etc
  • Interpret Marketing Mix Models to propose actionable recommendations
  • Determine the best budget allocation strategy

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing program management
  • Thorough understanding of marketing funnels and the entire digital marketing landscape
  • Experience managing large sets of campaign data ($100k+ spend per month per client)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or similar self-serve platforms
