Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Facebook ad campaigns and a strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

The role requires a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, audience targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.

This position involves planning, implementing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, ensuring campaigns are innovative and effective.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a similar role within an agency specifically in Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, and/or working in a paid social role.
  • Strong understanding and passion for social media advertising.
  • Must be adept with using Facebook Business Manager and proficient in the use of Facebook Ads Manager to implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns.
  • Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and how it is used.
  • Great at communicating campaign performance and insights to the team.
  • Focused on doing the absolute best for clients and helping them grow their business.
  • Natural ability to multitask and project manage.
  • The ability to analyze and optimize client results and work to create and hit goals and targets.
  • Natural leadership flair and passion for spreading paid social knowledge.
  • Strategic thinking to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
