Job Description

The role of a Site Reliability Engineer is to ensure the smooth operation of our systems, applications, and services. This involves monitoring system metrics and health, analyzing reports, and identifying areas for improvement.

We are looking for a talented individual who can work collaboratively with software engineers, DevOps teams, and product teams to maintain robust infrastructure and automation for critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pipeline build and maintenance
  • Engage in the software development lifecycle
  • Monitor system metrics and health
  • Support production and in-house systems
  • Lead incident management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mandatory card payment domain knowledge
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
  • Knowledge of NoSQL & SQL databases (MongoDB, Oracle, Postgres)
  • Experience managing distributed systems and microservices
  • Familiar with Unix tooling, scripting skills
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace)
