We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our team in designing, building, and operating modern distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize the quality and velocity of both development and operations by managing a growing engineering team.
  • Identify and measure key team health indicators.
  • Implement disciplined engineering and operations processes to ensure success.
  • Represent the team with respect to stakeholders, customers, and external teams.
  • Evaluate team performance against priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain high-quality managed services in a consistent, timely manner.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in software delivery (Python, Go, C, C++, Java, or similar) and/or managing operations teams.
  • Experience with OpenStack and Linux system administration.
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills.
  • Agile software development methodologies and distributed team management.
  • Understanding of complex distributed systems and cloud topologies.
